The Child Health and Development Institute (CHDI) is accepting applications for The Senior/Program Associate (title based on experience) position. The Associate will oversee data collection, analysis, and quality improvement for purposes of disseminating and sustaining evidence-based practices for children and children exposed to trauma. Responsibilities include: developing next-generation web-based data systems, data collection and reporting for QI purposes, and supervising Data Analysts. Opportunities to participate in other evidence-based practice dissemination efforts, including training and consultation, as well as co-authoring publications and presentations are available and highly encouraged. Position is full-time and available immediately. Compensation will be based on experience and a generous benefit package is provided.

Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in psychology, public health, social work, child development, or closely related field. Experience with research and research design is required. Must be proficient in SPSS and Excel. Applicant must be organized, time-efficient, have the ability to multi-task, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
