What is Foundations of Knowledge Translation?
This course is intended for professionals in various fields, including but not limited to: healthcare, public health, mental health, bioethics, clinical sciences, and social sciences.
In Foundations of Knowledge Translation, participants learn how to:
- Identify key KT definitions
- Use theories, models, and frameworks for KT activities
- Discuss what to consider when planning for implementation
- Outline a plan for implementation evaluation and sustainability
Course dates & Location:
The course will be held online from October 1st to November 16th, 2018. It will include weekly asynchronous webinars that can be viewed at participants’ convenience, online group discussions, and optional real-time group coaching sessions in our online meeting room.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED. Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis. Application deadline is August 24th, 2018.
Potential participants must submit an application form to be accepted in the course. Payments will be required only when participants are accepted.
