Research Director


CBC is seeking a full-time clinical researcher interested in conducting, coordinating, and
overseeing a wide range of research activities. The ideal candidate has strong training in CBT
and in Dissemination Implementation Science and Prevention research. In addition, experience
or interest in DBT is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have a high degree of skill
in research methodology and statistics and in managing IRB applications and databases. The
research director will have the opportunity to conduct research in both a clinical and school
setting, collaborate on presentations and publications with senior professionals and mentor junior
research fellows. In addition to research activities, the individual will engage in some clinical
activities.

CBC is an evidence-based clinical and training center founded in 2004 by Drs. Lata McGinn and
Alec Miller. Collectively, their research and clinical expertise spans CBT, DBT, vulnerability,
prevention, treatment, and dissemination in anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, depression,
suicidality, and borderline personality disorder. We offer a highly collegial and intellectually
