Your Employeeship Questionnaire- Self Assessment (Short Version) is a 32-item questionnaire that assesses the work-oriented relationship behaviour based on task ability (technical skills to meet the requirements of assigned tasks) and social ability (the social capabilities to meet the requirements for social interactions that then task demands).
