Leader Effectiveness and Adaptability Description (LEAD)
The Leadership Effectiveness and Adaptability Description (LEAD) instruments contain twelve situations where the respondents select the leadership behavior which best represents the action of the leader in each situation.

This instrument was not suitable for EBA rating.
