Job Overview: The Vice President of Programs (VPP) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for all program areas and external business development. The position will report directly to the CEO and be a part of the senior management team that drives the overall strategy for the organization and represents Judge Baker Children’s Center (JBCC) on a local, regional, and national basis. The VPP will develop deep knowledge of each program, and will focus on the following three areas: program leadership and management, external relationships, and dissemination of knowledge.
